Tara is a licensed clinical pharmacist with 20 years of experience in various settings. Tara received her Bachelors in Pharmacy from the University of Connecticut at Storrs, her PharmD from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy/Allied Health, her MBA from Fairfield University and her Ayurvedic Health Practitioner certification from the Natural Healing College. Additionally, Tara is a certified Reiki Master of Dr. Usui’s System of Natural Healing and she has certification in Cranio-sacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute. Tara also practices Emotional Freedom Technique (aka EFT Tapping), a hands on healing technique that balances and realigns energy. Tara incorporates complimentary therapies into the scope of her practice as a Pharmacist to improve the health and well-being of her clients. Tara strives to educate her clients and to facilitate their physical, spiritual and emotional health and growth as they move along their own path towards enlightenment.
Tara’s practice is inspired by her life-long commitment to health and wellness. She is a dedicated, compassionate and devoted healthcare professional and healer. She takes a unique approach to healing with each client based on their need by using both her knowledge of medications, herbs and supplements and complimentary therapies. Tara believes that each individual holds the power to heal themselves and that by honoring the body, mind and spirit many miraculous awakenings can occur.
Tara published her first book entitled, "Let the Sun Shine in, a book of positive affirmations for kids” in June 2016. It was inspired by Louise Hay’s message, “your thoughts create your life, as well as Tara’s own experience with positive affirmations.
Tara published her second book entitled, "Free to Be Me, a book for teens and tweens" in April 2017. It speaks to the issues teens face and offers ways adults can support teens.

Emily Conn, LMT

Emily completed her training at SpaTech Institute in the Holistic Massage Therapy program. She is also a graduate of Lesley University, with a Bachelor of Science in Holistic Psychology and Art Therapy.
Emily’s experience in the mental health field has led her to the field of massage, where she is furthering clients’ therapeutic process through healing touch. Her background has provided her with the working knowledge of helping those with a wide range of needs. Emily believes that individual care can be more sustainable when treating the body in unison with the mind, and is confident that she is setting her clients up for a more successful future by treating them with a more holistic approach.
Emily specializes in holistic therapeutic bodywork including: Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot rock massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, neuromuscular massage, Polarity therapy, and energy crystal clearing.

Brandy Brouillette, EFT, Reiki, Licensed Spa Therapist, Bach Flower Remedy Therapist, and Certified Aromatherapist
Brandy has her Bachelors of Psychology and Art from Salem State University, She is a Licensed as Whole Health Educator from the National Institute of Whole Health in Wellesley, MA and she is a Massachusetts Licensed Esthetician. Brandy has been practicing the art of holistic wellness and counseling for over 15 years in the holistic spa industry. She has owned and operated several day spas on the North Shore.
Brandy desired to go deeper into the art of healing and therefore earned herself certifications in Reiki, as an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Tapping Practitioner, Licensed Spa Therapist, Bach Flower Remedy Therapist, and Certified Aromatherapist. Brandy started out her career in the healing world as an Aesthetician and saw the correlation between healthy skin and a healthy body – both inside and out. Brandy has been working with clients for many years to help facilitate their understanding of the mind/body connection – which was the premise of her Whole Health Licensure.
