Eva' s interest in health and well being is reaching back to her teenage years when she first pursued a three-year study program and qualified as a physiotherapist (2003), and later also obtained a diploma in Holistic Massage Therapy (2006). Her initial curiosity about the interaction of diet, lifestyle and the state of health had gradually turned into a passion and future career. Eva received a qualification as a Dietary Educator from the renowned Center for Nutritional Education and Lifestyle Management, UK (2011), followed by BSc honors degree in Nutritional Therapy from Middlesex University, London, UK (2015).

Lauren is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with training and experience in sport psychology, personal training, and integrative medicine for mental health. She earned her master's degree in Mental Health and Behavioral Medicine with a specialization in Sport Psychology from Boston University School of Medicine. Lauren is also a certified provider by the Mental Health Integrative Medicine Institute. Lauren has over ten years of experience working with adolescents and adults in individual and group settings. Additionally, she has provided sport psychology consultations and/or counseling to high school and collegiate sports teams as well as child and adult individual athletes. Her work has focused on attentional regulation, anxiety, depression, and peak performance. Using a strength-based approach and cognitive behavioral strategies Lauren strives to guide clients toward acknowledging and achieving their full potential of well being.
