Eva' s interest in health and well being is reaching back to her teenage years when she first pursued a three-year study program and qualified as a physiotherapist (2003), and later also obtained a diploma in Holistic Massage Therapy (2006). Her initial curiosity about the interaction of diet, lifestyle and the state of health had gradually turned into a passion and future career. Eva received a qualification as a Dietary Educator from the renowned Center for Nutritional Education and Lifestyle Management, UK (2011), followed by BSc honors degree in Nutritional Therapy from Middlesex University, London, UK (2015).

Alex’s background in science and education is a powerful combination of both credentials and experience. Since graduating as a Nutritional Therapist Practitioner, Alex has enjoyed supporting clients on their journey towards better health. As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), Alex differs from a traditional nutritionist. Alex heals the body from the inside out in a holistic manner. He works to make sure your body is working the way in which it was intended. Alex provides dietary and supplemental recommendations based on current eating habits, the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ), and major symptoms/concerns of the client. Colleen Fradette, LMHC
Colleen is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She received her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology (now William James College). Colleen’s background is in working with court involved youth. She specializes in working with adolescents and their families but accepts adult clients as well. Colleen is an enthusiastic counselor who actively engages in collaboration with her clients. She uses a strengths-based approach to provide a supportive environment to empower clients to create the best and happiest versions of themselves.

Christy DiMinico, a Massachusettss native, began her dedication to athletics at a young age as a competitive gymnast. After 13 years of competing Christy decided to use her knowledge of movement to educate others. Christy received her certification as a RTY 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga Instructor in St. Croix and is a 30 hr Barre instructor. Here at Lemon Tree, Christy teaches Power Vinyasa, Morning Vinyasa Flow and Barre.
Caitlin Kenny, LICSW
Caitlin is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with ten years’ experience working with people struggling with mental and behavioral health challenges. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut in 2004 and a Master’s in Social Work from Salem State University in 2010. She has worked in residential programs and provided in home therapy services. Her work has focused on providing individual, family, and group therapy. Within these settings Caitlin’s worked primarily with trauma, parenting and familial issues, depression, anxiety, and school issues. People often know when they are overwhelmed and challenged, but struggle to see how to best move forward. Caitlin offers solid clinical skills and provides a positive, non-judgmental, and person-centered approach to help individuals and families process their life experiences and learn the skills to advocate for their needs. She acknowledges peoples’ inherent strengths and resiliency, and assists people to tap into these resources to create positive change in their lives by providing the concrete tools in order to make shifts in their lives".
Lauren Bennett, Trainer
Lauren Bennett is a certified personal trainer (ACE) and a level-1 CrossFit trainer. She also holds a license in mental health counseling. Lauren graduated from Boston University in 2007 with a dual masters degree in Sport Psychology and Mental Health & Behavioral Medicine. As a growing body of research confirms the efficacy of exercise for the treatment of mental health issues, large and small, she has become passionate about coaching clients to use exercise to bring wellness to both the body and mind.
Danielle Barry, Yoga Instructor
Danielle is a certified RYT-200 yoga instructor while also has her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida (Jacksonville). Danielle believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness and is looking forward to the opportunity of providing a safe and supportive space where the mind and body can work together to elevate overall health and well being. She has been practicing yoga for five years, enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and spending time with her growing family.
Wendi is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She graduated with an MSW from Boston College and has been working with children, adolescents, adults, and families for over 10 years. Her passion is to help her clients feel capable and connected. Wendi specializes in treating anxiety and depression, issues with body image and perfectionism, and relational issues. Wendi has been trained in a range of modalities as no single approach is right for everyone. These include cognitive behavioral techniques, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness approaches. Wendi values authenticity and collaboration. She strives to create a warm, safe environment for her clients.
After years of spiritual uncertainty, Mary discovered yoga as she was beginning to study Tibetan Buddhism in 2011. Combining both practices has allowed her to flip her perspective, and understand life in a new, and fun, way. She attended her first studio class after four years of a home practice, and became a certified 200-RYT at the same studio, Barefoot Yoga Shala, in 2016. She also completed her training in Yoga for Families of Addiction in 2018 at the same studio.
She is passionate about the solar system, hiking, writing, Harry Potter, cats, superheroes, and all genres of music. She's a firm believer in continuous practice, and thinks that your next great adventure is just outside of your comfort zone.

Lauren is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and sport psychology counselor. She earned her master's degree in Mental Health and Behavioral Medicine with a specialization in Sport Psychology from Boston University School of Medicine in 2007. Lauren has over ten years of experience working with children and adolescents and their families in individual, group, and therapeutic camp settings. Additionally, she has provided sport psychology consultations and/or counseling to high school and collegiate sports teams as well as child and adult individual athletes. Her work has focused on attentional regulation, anxiety, depression, and peak performance. Using a strength-based approach and cognitive behavioral strategies Lauren strives to guide clients toward acknowledging and achieving their full potential of well being.
Dr. Tara L. Kay, Holistic Pharmacist, Reiki, Cranio-Sacral, EFT
Tara is a licensed clinical pharmacist with 20 years of experience in various settings. Tara received her Bachelors in Pharmacy from the University of Connecticut at Storrs, her PharmD from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy/Allied Health, her MBA from Fairfield University and her Ayurvedic Health Practitioner certification from the Natural Healing College. Additionally, Tara is a certified Reiki Master of Dr. Usui’s System of Natural Healing and she has certification in Cranio-sacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute. Tara also practices Emotional Freedom Technique (aka EFT Tapping), a hands on healing technique that balances and realigns energy. Tara incorporates complimentary therapies into the scope of her practice as a Pharmacist to improve the health and well-being of her clients. Tara strives to educate her clients and to facilitate their physical, spiritual and emotional health and growth as they move along their own path towards enlightenment.

I am an artist and a free spirit who began my journey on the path of yoga in 2005 looking for something to, anxiety, deep in my spiritual connection and help heal my broken heart. I begin solely practicing Hatha yoga for 5 years. I soon found it helped ease my mind and yet it left me feeling like I need something more. Into 2012, I was called to practice Restorative yoga and alignment-based lyengar. I completed my 200 hour Dharma coach yoga teacher who studied with Katherine. I am RYT certified.
Through my study of self I realize that yoga is for everyBODY. My desire is to empower and assist others to transform their lives for the better with the gift of yoga. Through the practice of yoga, the journey inward is a beautiful transformation that will allow your spirit to soar. When we lead with our hearts, we empower our soul.
Sarah Oliver, Trainer for our Empowered Women Summer BootCamp Summer Program
Sarah is a long term athlete who currently competes on the Tufts Track and Field team. She’s completed hundreds of running races including a half marathon and a triathlon.
A long history of injuries encouraged her to start weight training, and she soon discovered the confidence and wonder in the female body that strength training can bring. She is also a passionate vegan and yogi, and in her free time she enjoys biking, reading, and blogging.
She is an ACE certified personal trainer and loves to work with athletes of all levels to help improve their performance.
Alexandra Maranto, LMHC
Alex is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received her bachelor's in Women's and Gender Studies from Towson University in Maryland and her master's in Mental Health Counseling from Salem State University. Alex's specialties include eating disorders/disordered eating, anxiety, and depression, as well as associated issues such as perfectionism, body image, and self esteem. Alex has experience working with both adolescents and adults in family and individual settings, and uses aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness.
Danielle Conti, M.Ed, LMHC, LADCI
Danielle is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor, and received her Master’s Degree in Education from Cambridge College. She currently works as a psychiatric emergency services clinician, and is a senior adjunct professor at Cambridge College. Dani has worked in an array of settings within the community, within a spectrum of mental health and substance use disorders, and with people of all ages throughout her career.
Dani is trained in person (client)-centered and strength-based approaches in counseling and works from a “wholeness” and wellness perspective with her clients. She utilizes an eclectic skill set including Person-centered therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, CBT, Positive Psychology, Motivational interviewing, Solution-Focused therapy, Mindfulness, and Existential therapy. Dani also incorporates health and nutritional aspects into her work for a “whole person” approach to healing. She is trauma-sensitive/informed, and is sensitive to culture and religious/spiritual aspects of her clients.
Dani works in the treatment and management of depression, anxiety, most psychiatric disorders, sobriety maintenance, couples issues, relationship issues, work issues, behavior changes re: wellness issues such as nutrition and exercise, and stress management and reduction. Dr. Jaclyn Mansfield, Psy.D., LEP, NCSP

Dr. Jaclyn Mansfield is a Licensed Educational Psychologist and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. She graduated with a BA in Psychology from Saint Anselm College and a MA/CAGS in School Psychology from Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology. She went on to receive her Doctoral degree in School Psychology from William James College. Additionally, she received extensive post-doctoral training in clinical neuropsychology at North Shore Medical Center in Salem, Massachusetts. Dr. Mansfield has over 10 years of valuable experience working with young children, adolescents, teens, and young adults in a variety of different settings including schools, hospitals, mental health clinics, and private practice. She specializes in conducting neuropsychological assessments that are both comprehensive and user-friendly.
Dr. Mansfield’s unique and comprehensive training and experiences allow her to understand the individual as a whole and not just focus solely on the testing data. Dr. Mansfield likes to develop relationships with families and follow individuals as they grow, monitoring development and adjusting recommendations based on the one’s ever changing needs.
Dr. McGravey has her doctorate in psychology and has experience working in schools, clinics, and hospital settings. She graduated with her MA/CAGS degree from William James College in 2010 and her doctorate in 2014. Post-doctoral training was conducted in public school systems as well as at North Shore Medical Center in Salem, Massachusetts, where she currently conducts neuropsychological evaluations.
Dr. McGravey specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults with a variety of learning, mental health, and social difficulties and prides herself on making strong connections with children of all ages. She is also passionate about advocating for LGBTQ youth and completed her dissertation in the area of improving school mental health services for this population. Dr. McGravey’s unique training in both schools and outpatient settings have allowed her to provide timely access to comprehensive evaluations that help children access services at school while also providing resources and recommendations for families.
Emily completed her training at SpaTech Institute in the Holistic Massage Therapy program. She is also a graduate of Lesley University, with a Bachelor of Science in Holistic Psychology and Art Therapy.
Emily’s experience in the mental health field has led her to the field of massage, where she is furthering clients’ therapeutic process through healing touch. Her background has provided her with the working knowledge of helping those with a wide range of needs. Emily believes that individual care can be more sustainable when treating the body in unison with the mind, and is confident that she is setting her clients up for a more successful future by treating them with a more holistic approach.

I believe that understanding the importance of massage is an essential part of realizing the contribution and lasting effects it can have on a person’s health.
