Christy DiMinico, a Massachusettss native, began her dedication to athletics at a young age as a competitive gymnast. After 13 years of competing Christy decided to use her knowledge of movement to educate others. Christy received her certification as a RTY 200 hr Vinyasa Yoga Instructor in St. Croix and is a 30 hr Barre instructor. Lauren Bennett is a certified personal trainer (ACE) and a level-1 CrossFit trainer. She also holds a license in mental health counseling. Lauren graduated from Boston University in 2007 with a dual masters degree in Sport Psychology and Mental Health & Behavioral Medicine. After years of spiritual uncertainty, Mary discovered yoga as she was beginning to study Tibetan Buddhism in 2011. Combining both practices has allowed her to flip her perspective, and understand life in a new, and fun, way.
