Let us take the guess work out of working-out. Our private small group classes are fun, unique, and designed to meet your group’s specific needs. All you all have to do is show up and have fun!
Our talented trainers will design a yoga, kettle bell, bootcamp, or weightlifting class series specific to the goals of your group. You and your friends will have the studio all to yourselves, access to a personal trainer or yoga instructor, and are guaranteed to get strong and feel empowered.
Small group classes meet 1-2 times a week for 4 weeks.
